"Squint Squad" comes from the show "Bones". It's how my husband refers to me and people like me. You know, those of us with our noses stuck in books, oblivious to the outside world.

And sometimes you cry
I can't put words to this. Any words of mine would pale in comparison.
That definitely hits home! It's hard not to wonder what life would be like without a special needs child. But I really do agree that she was given to us for a reason, but sometimes that doesn't increase my patience like it should.
Here's the list. I don't know whether to be ashamed that I have so many things going, or proud that I can juggle so much!
Plum Pudding Afghan for the munchkin
Angel Afghan
Green Ripple
DC single-color square afghan
DC granny square afghan
DC blue afghan
Blue "green" angora scarf
Noah's Ark baby afghan
Preston's afghan
